At Lüer Beauty company, customer satisfaction always comes first. We hope you can find your confidence with our products but if you have any issues, we'll always provide exceptional customer service.

REFUND TERMS
We provide handmade cosmetic solutions. Protecting the integrity, quality and hygiene of our products is a key priority. As such is the case, we can not accept a return if the tamper proof seal has been removed, damaged or broken. All returns must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Once we have received the returned items and assessed their condition, we will inform you of the outcome of your refund request. 

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refunds can take 5-7 business days to return to the original method of payment.

You are responsible for the cost of carriage of your returned item. Always ensure you return products with recorded delivery service. We can not be held responsible for damaged or missing items in transit.

Skin and hair improvements demand patience and consistency. Results can show within 2-3 days but may require up to 6 months or more, depending on the severity of your concern.

A quality promise. If you don't get results, get your money back after 100 days.

We are not sales focused but results-driven. We have created product combinations to address all your hair and skin needs.

You may or may not need an entire bundle, however the products grouped together complement one another.

For example, we recommend using Purify scrub before applying Gleam or Flawless, for best results.

Blossom and Bloom are rich in natural ingredients, including essential oils, which add a layer of protection to your scalp and nourish your hair.

With moderate use, you will not receive an impression of oily hair. However, it is also important to make a clear distinction between hair treated with oils, enriched in good properties, and greasy hair which arises due to the build up of by-product (often derived from styling products, sweat etc). This distinction is particularly important to note when you are treating hair loss.

Any product you receive will have its own POA (period after opening) and shelf life.

Always store your product in a cool, dry place.

All our products are handmade in the UK.

We make every effort to be recyclable and sustainable. Our jars are made of glass and our shipping boxes are made with recyclable cardboard.
